  • To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
  • To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
  • Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
  • Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
  • In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.

  • Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product.
  • For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
  • Please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
  • Credit Note / Refund can be provided by Naveen Furniture if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Payment will be refunded via rtgs to the customer’s account.

        Cancellations:

  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a refund deducting 2.5% as cancellation fee will be refunded to your account via rtgs/neft

Goods will be delivered at your first door Step. Kindly check for any damages their itself .In case of any damage kindly connect with us on Whats app 78995194143 sharing images of defects . Product will be replaced with new one based on availability of similar product. Reschedule of product delivery will be made and it will be communicated to you on your mail. If similar product can not be availed by us with in 20 days money will be refunded in your account.

Any damage during unloading from your first door step till your room due to shortage of space on staircase or doors will not be entertained in that case damage will be rectified to the extent possible.

In case of Apartments and Societies where flat is at upper floors and you want the product to be uplift to your floor bu us.Kindly mention a special note while ordering so that arrangements in regards to labour can be arranged at the time of delivery. If product has to be deliver at floor other than ground floor. Unloading charges to be paid in cash at the time of delivery. i.e 100 rupee per piece of furniture per floor.

For example : If you bought 7 seater sofa (3+2+2) i.e three piece of furniture and you are residing at fifth floor and goods can not be lifted via lift. you will be charged – 3 pcs X 5th Floor X 100 rupee = 1500/- for complete sofa lifting to 5th floor.

Else you can plan upliftment on your end .

We have been in furniture manufacturing since 1978 but opened our first retail store in Dehradun in the year 2011 with a covered area of 20,000 sqft. We feel furniture is not a product which can be delivered by third party logistics as it has more chances of being mishandled.

Furniture is a highly fragile product which has high chances of getting damaged in transit and if we buy it from those online sites where we actually don’t know that from which place they will ship it , we have high probability that we may get a damaged product.

Thereafter writing mails and follow up for exchange and refund is a hectic task.

We feel if we get this facility from our local vendors our risk minimizes and we can expect hassle free delivery.

That is the reason despite having many inquiries from other cities we are still open to pin codes in close proximity to dehradun only.

Unlike others we offer our customers feel and check their product at our store before delivery.

This we feel is our USP which customer does not get anywhere in any online buying.
