We are located near Ramada Hotel at Chakrata road. It is in midway if we travel from kishan Nagar Chowk to Ballupur Chowk Road.

We deliver in dehradun and near bye areas upto vikasnagar, poanta sahib, jolly grant , rishikesh , haridwar , roorkee and mussoriee . You can check availability of products at your location from our pincode checker at product page.
- Pincode is not open for my city . How can i get delivery if i want ti buy any of your product.
If our website is not showing your pincode you can raise request on chat window of our site with product name you want to buy. We will find logistic availability to your pincode and estimated cost of delivery if possible.
- Do you offer cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for small items less than 5 kgs
- What are your packing norms
For local deliveries we deliver product properly bubble Wrapped so that it does not get damaged in transit .
- Do you have shipment charges.
For small products less than 5 kgs we don’t charge any shipment but if weight is above that we have a very nominal shipment charges.
- What if product gets damaged in transit.
 Product comes in proper packing and we don’t hire third party logistics we have our own logistics . The drivers that comes are properly trained and have experience for such shipments. We have planned our shipments in such a way that there are very rare chances of any damage.
- What if it gets damaged in transit
If there is any transmit damage you need not worry for that you just need to share with us photos of damage at the time of delivery on our what’s app number 7895194143 and leave a damaged delivery note on delivery challan to the delivery boy. If same product is available we will replace it at the earliest . If same product is not available we will inform you the date on which it can be made available. Since furniture is a product which goes through various manufacturing stages it takes time to get manufactured. We will consult our manufacturing team and convey you the exact date of delivery.
- If same product is not available and I have an emergency to buy
For that we give you an option to choose another product from our website and we will arrange delivery for that at earliest.
- What if i want refund for that product.
Refunds are only possible when we are not able to provide the same product or similar product.
- What about the shipment charges if i get the damaged product.
For damaged product you need not pay any shipment we will rearrange the same shipment at no cost.
- Do you offer your products on EMI
Sure you gets an emi option with us. While making payment kindly opt for Razor Pay payment gateway there are several emi options given by several banks . We have tie ups with major banks that offer emi facilities to their customers. We are offering three months emi at 0% interest to our customers from all banks . But if you want to have EMI for more than three months you can choose your emi plan upto 24 months from Razor Pay payment gate way.
