Care Instructions

To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.

This product comes with one year warranty against any manufacturing defect.

Returns and Cancellations

Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product.
For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
Please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
Credit Note / Refund can be provided by Naveen Furniture if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Payment will be refunded via rtgs to the customer’s account.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a refund deducting 2.5% as cancellation fee will be refunded to your account via rtgs/neft

We have been in furniture manufacturing since 1978 but opened our first retail store in Dehradun in the year 2011 with a covered area of 20,000 sqft. We were the first store in dehradun who provided such a huge variety of furniture under one roof. An overwhelming response from our customers has increased our confidence and we are working on providing in trend furniture to doonites since than.

Till 2018 we were only focusing on retail sales from our furniture store located at Chakrata Road Dehradun.

But increased customers enquiries through platforms like just dial , india mart and google page to know more about us and our products has let us made our mind portraying our products online from year 2018 onwards.

Till date we have done more than 2500 safe deliveries with happy customers

Returns and rectifications of damages are possible in near bye areas . If location is at 500 km or more away return logistics costs are so high that all of the big online sellers refuses to do so and we keep mailing and calling and gets no response.

Part Payment for Out of Stock Items

If you are buying a product and it takes more than 30 days to arrive why to make full payment. We give facility to our customers to pay only 40% as advance for those products which are out of stock. Rest 60% before delivery . Customer may Check the product at store and pay there also.

You won’t get this facility anywhere.

Where is your store located

We are located near Ramada Hotel at Chakrata road. It is in midway if we travel from kishan Nagar Chowk to Ballupur Chowk Road.

Pincodes you deliver to

We deliver in dehradun and near bye areas upto vikasnagar, poanta sahib, jolly grant , rishikesh , haridwar , roorkee and mussoriee . You can check availability of products at your location from our pincode checker at product page.

Pincode is not open for my city . How can i get delivery if i want ti buy any of your product.

If our website is not showing your pincode you can raise request on chat window of our site with product name you want to buy. We will find logistic availability to your pincode and estimated cost of delivery if possible.

Do you offer cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for small items less than 5 kgs

What are your packing norms

For local deliveries we deliver product properly bubble Wrapped so that it does not get damaged in transit .

Do you have shipment charges.

For small products less than 5 kgs we don’t charge any shipment but if weight is above that we have a very nominal shipment charges.

What if product gets damaged in transit.

Product comes in proper packing and we don’t hire third party logistics we have our own logistics . The drivers that comes are properly trained and have experience for such shipments. We have planned our shipments in such a way that there are very rare chances of any damage.

What if it gets damaged in transit

If there is any transmit damage you need not worry for that you just need to share with us photos of damage at the time of delivery on our what’s app number 7895194143 and leave a damaged delivery note on delivery challan to the delivery boy. If same product is available we will replace it at the earliest . If same product is not available we will inform you the date on which it can be made available. Since furniture is a product which goes through various manufacturing stages it takes time to get manufactured. We will consult our manufacturing team and convey you the exact date of delivery.

If same product is not available and I have an emergency to buy

For that we give you an option to choose another product from our website and we will arrange delivery for that at earliest.

What if i want refund for that product.

Refunds are only possible when we are not able to provide the same product or similar product.

What about the shipment charges if i get the damaged product.

For damaged product you need not pay any shipment we will rearrange the same shipment at no cost.

Do you offer your products on EMI

Sure you gets an emi option with us. While making payment kindly opt for Razor Pay payment gateway there are several emi options given by several banks . We have tie ups with major banks that offer emi facilities to their customers. We are offering three months emi at 0% interest to our customers from all banks . But if you want to have EMI for more than three months you can choose your emi plan upto 24 months from Razor Pay payment gate way.
